IMAGINATION, IN FULL COLOR
This is an independent DrawNew preview, not a Google announcement. As of 2026-09-23, we have not verified an official Nano Banana 2.5 release announcement.
THE CREATIVE MOODBOARD
Three directions to explore with the current Banana family. These are creative briefs and existing inspiration images, not demonstrations of Nano Banana 2.5 capabilities.
01 / IMAGINATIVE WORLDS
A luminous koi drifting through a nebula. Tiny architecture beneath an enormous sky. Build an illustration brief around one memorable subject, a clear scale contrast, and a restrained palette.
A BRIEF TO TRY TODAY
A luminous koi swimming through a violet and teal nebula above a tiny mountain pavilion. Layered clouds, soft golden particles, a clear focal subject, a dreamlike illustrated atmosphere, no text.
02 / EDITORIAL & CAMPAIGNS
Warm coastlines, quiet typography space, sun-washed color. Describe the layout as carefully as the subject. Keep final campaign wording separate so you can control spelling, placement, and hierarchy.
A BRIEF TO TRY TODAY
A Mediterranean travel poster concept with sunlit coastal buildings and a turquoise sea. Warm paper texture, restrained terracotta and teal palette, generous empty space for a headline, vertical editorial composition. Do not generate lettering.
03 / PORTRAITS & VISUAL IDENTITY
Treat wardrobe, lighting, palette, and expression as a reusable brief. Use a reference when a particular person should guide the result, then check each output for likeness and consistency.
A BRIEF TO TRY TODAY
Use the uploaded portrait as a reference for an editorial portrait. Preserve recognizable facial features and hairstyle. Soft studio lighting, a restrained neutral palette, natural skin texture and a simple background. No text or extra people.
Suggested prompts for current models; they are not the original prompts for the images shown. Reference edits require your own upload.
CREATE WHILE YOU EXPLORE
Choose an available model to try your ideas. These are existing DrawNew models, not confirmed Nano Banana 2.5 specifications.
AVAILABLE NOW
Explore new compositions, reference edits, and the model's wide selection of canvas ratios. A starting point for turning a visual brief into several layout directions.
AVAILABLE NOW
Try the same brief with Nano Banana Pro and compare the interpretation, detail, and editing result. Judge the outputs for your task rather than assuming a winner from the name.
FROM INSPIRATION TO A FIRST DRAFT
Define a subject, a mood, and where the image will live. Keep a reference ready when existing details matter.
Open Nano Banana 2 or Pro, choose your settings, and generate a first version.
Inspect the subject, text, edges, and composition. Change one instruction at a time and keep the original reference.
Release status, images, access, and what you can use right now.
Nano Banana 2.5 is the name used for this DrawNew preview page. We have not verified an official Google announcement for a model with that name as of the review date above. This page does not establish an official model identity or specification.
We do not have a verified official release date. We are not presenting a next-week launch, countdown, or access date as confirmed. Check Google's official announcements for release information.
No. They are reused from DrawNew's existing inspiration library. Their original generation models are not verified, and they are not Nano Banana 2.5 samples or benchmarks.
A meaningful comparison requires confirmed specifications and hands-on results. We do not claim improved quality, speed, resolution, or editing accuracy for 2.5. You can compare the currently available models using the same prompt and reference today.
Do not assume those names refer to the same model. Google has used Gemini 2.5 Flash Image for the original Nano Banana. The preview name on this page is not a verified official mapping to that model.
Use Google's announcements and model documentation to verify official names and availability.
