1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DrawNew.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. DrawNew.com is an independent AI image generation platform and is not affiliated with Google, Gemini, or any AI model provider.
2. Account & Access
Uploading reference files and generating content require signing in using an available sign-in method. You are responsible for the security of your sign-in account and for all activity that occurs under your DrawNew.com account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3. Service Fees & Credits
Image generation is powered by third-party AI providers. The cost of operating these models is bundled into our prepaid plans, which grant credits used to fund each generation. Credits are consumed automatically based on the model, image size, and number of images you generate. DrawNew.com manages all third-party API access on your behalf — you do not need to provide your own API key. Plan pricing details are shown on the Pricing page.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, abuse the Service in ways that violate the underlying provider terms, or use the Service to harass others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
5. Intellectual Property
Images you generate using the Service are yours to use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. DrawNew.com retains no ownership over your generated content. The Service itself — including its code, design, and branding — remains the property of DrawNew.com.
6. Data Storage
Links to AI-generated images, videos, and other media are retained for 30 days from generation. After 30 days, the links expire and the media can no longer be accessed or downloaded through them. Please download and save any media you wish to keep before it expires. You may delete individual generations from My Works or request deletion of your account and associated data via contact us. We do not use your images, prompts, or reference materials to train AI models, and only share them with the third-party AI providers needed to fulfil your request.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your expectations or be free of errors. Model outputs are produced by third-party AI systems, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, quality, or appropriateness.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrawNew.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, lost credits, or any business interruption.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
